The establishment of IPT is intended for the production of quality seeds and seedlings as planting materials for plantation establishment as well as for distribution to interested groups and individuals”, says Forester Berlina S. Corzon, National Greening Program (NGP) Coordinator of PENRO Biliran,.
The Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP) remains to be one of the priority programs of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) under the leadership of Secretary Roy A. Cimatu.
