Two (2) batches of learners from both courses received their respective Certificates of Completion during the graduation ceremony. DENR employees holding salary grades (SG) 9 and below were part of the frontline course while those holding salary grades 10 to 16 were part of the Basic Course.
DENR 8 OIC-Regional Executive Director, Arturo E. Fadriquela says that administering the ENR academy for DENR employees is a continuing manifestation of how the DENR puts premium to its human resources.
Selected DENR employees who were asked to give impressions as well as those who gave their respective Valedictory addresses as top performers of each batch said that they are grateful to the DENR management for giving them the opportunity to be part of the ENR academy, and are up for the challenge to apply the learnings they gained in order to become more efficient public servants.
The ENR Academy is a specialized competency development program of the DENR designed to augment knowledge gaps, calibrate understanding of ENR laws and sharpen proficiencies of all DENR employees, especially in the frontline offices and leaders to improve delivery of services to the public.
